Hello! I’m Xinyi Mao, a senior undergraduate in Computer Science at Tsinghua University. My research focuses on robot manipulation, with an emphasis on building generalist robots capable of adapting to diverse real-world environments.
Currently, I am working with Prof. David Held at Robotics Institute, Carnegie Mellon University on online adaptive robot manipulation. Previously, I had the privilege of working with Prof. Hang Su at TSAIL Lab on Embodied Foundation Models.
My long-term goal is to contribute toward creating highly generalizable and practical robotic systems.
